Right now everyone who builds from the prolamb/prolamb is opted into an included postgres odbc driver. I want to split into a pgodbc image and a base image so that we don't load folk up with cruft.

And now they're opted into snowflake too which is so big as to be intolerable - this is going to mean tagged releases to dockerhub

Hello

I have the problem too. The created bundle is no more usable on AWS since the ZIP took more than 50Mb. I would like a tag without ODBC driver too.
