Add a boolean for use if you only have 1 footswitch

This simply moves the "special" 2 button combinations I had changed to only apply when this boolean is set to true.

1 button: press and hold to save press to toggle

2 buttons: Press and hold both buttons to save press bypass to toggle press alternate can be used in effects release alternate can be used in effects press alternate held for 1 second can be used in effects press alternate and turn encoder to switch effect press and hold bypass to switch to tuner and back
