change back left fixed... issue with margin #202

When change back to left fixed. It should move the panel back to left. It does if you touch/move the resizedrag button However, margin is too tight.

Need to

  1. make margin a little bigger like original left fixed margin
  2. move panel and layout flow as soon as the prefs is set.
