Strange letter in some some dictionaries #205

I think the letter ç which appears in some dictionaries, especially [MmT] is supposed to be Sanskrit ś? I cannot find an example right now, but will post when one appears.

Please give a picture when possible. MnT is a converted file. So maybe something is wrong with it and we can change globally.
