Side Panel Font #103

Need to change Side Panel font (on desktop). Some fonts are not clear fonts. Similar to the other issue on sinhala not being clear. Similar to this https://github.com/bksubhuti/tipitaka-pali-reader/issues/84

Now using font themes and can change size
