Itivuttaka 39 and 40 are missing #200

Itivuttaka 39 and 40 are missing from the Tipitaka Pali Reader.

I use TPR daily, especially.on the computer. It is the best Pali reader so far. Thank you very much for your wonderful app.

There was an incorrect html symbol. p218 mula_ku_04

<p class="centered">pathamabhāṇavāro.</p>

I will close after fixing and uploading the db.

Modified db uploaded for builds.. It will go into the next release.
