Expand book setting #38

Currently, a book is opened and then TOC button must be pressed to get to the sutta . It is preferred to have expand (sublist) for TOC of a book when clicked in the home view. (implemented by tipitaka.app and sort of like DPR). The user clicks a book, the list expands to show toc. It was agreed we can have a setting to allow or not allow this.

TPP works similar to current implementation.. open book first.. then go to nav/toc
