When create new file, its name isn't forced to .db extension #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File -> New
2. Save in the dialog that appears 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's expected a file named "Untitled.db" but the file is saved as "Untitled"

This issue doesn't affect Windows.

Partially fixed.
MacOSX ignores filters.
