I think the disadvantages of the informal apprentice and lack of certification (on page 5) can be presented a bit more systematically – A) go to competition, don’t stay with them (companies too small anyhow), B) acquired skills of low quality, acquired skills very firm specific , no proof of skills transition in other firms therefore difficult, C) danger that this is income for firms (fee) or low cost labor (duration too long)
