That's difficult to balance because the visibility really depends on the Cover & Background Image. I might raise the opacity another 5% but everything above that makes it difficult to even see a difference between normal/transparent images on certain backgrounds.
I will also exclude labels from getting transparent, so only images will be transparent but the labels will be easily readable. I think that should solve this visibility problem, what do you think?

I've set the transparency to 40% (hard coded) and that seems to work fine for me. Maybe it's an idea to make the transparency configurable?

Yeah that seems like a good idea, also the selected item should be less transparent (or not at all) even if it's watched I think.

There will be a "Watched Opacity" Option included with the next git update sometime next week.
When enabling that seen items should be shown transparent, the transparency is so much that items are almost not visible/readable. Also I think it would be better if selected items are even less transparent, if seen.
