Will need to refactor the backend code to handle the conversion of uploaded PDB files to CRD and PSF.

This has been done for handleBilboMDAutoJob already. I'm now working on a bilbomd-ui change to allow either pdb or psf/crd inputs to BilboMD Classic so need to have a look at the createNewJob and handleBilboMDJob functions to wee what needs updating.
