submitted job -missing message after submition bot not running yet #427

After job submission, the message needs to be added that the job is in the queue

correct... it shows no message at all. Also, the submitted job are in waiting for hours now and not running.

The jobs not starting for hours is a separate issue.

As for the successful job submission message... what do you think would be more clear than this message?
