Update scrapers to use `HttpClient`

I wrote a new https client in C++, which should be much more reliable and easier to use. But scrapers have to be updated to use the new engine

• current_bloomberg.cpp
• steam2.cpp
• flight.cpp

btw, where is our new scrapers?
