This branch now contains the completed event handler (all scrapers are working and tested), scrapers updated to the new framework (including stock ticker, steam, and ups), and updated documentation on all of the scrapers in the README file found in Enclave/Scrapers (inputs and outputs). Code fully compiles and all tests pass
