Update Druidcraft Support #20

Minecraft v1.15.2 Druidcraft v0.4.21 Ceiling Torch v1.5.2

Druidcraft has been updated to 1.15.2, but Ceiling Torch doesn't seem to work for it yet.

I've just noticed that I cannot place an ceiling torch underwater.
