installer not opening #4

anyone knows why my pc can't open the mod even when java is installed?

You're not supposed to run the mod file. You need to put it into the mods folder. If you're not sure how to install mods for Minecraft, use one of the many available tutorials online.

i did put the file in my world folder but doesn’t affect anything
