French Canadian layout should be different from the US one but except the Pop-Up character it's not.

When choosing the French Canadian layout, the only difference with the US 
English one is the special character shown in the pop-up when holding down a 
key.

When using other layouts (French (AZERTY), or any other non US-English one) all 
the keys are changing to fit the selected layout, but not with the French 
Canadian one. (ex: still shows "/" instead of "é", etc...)

Version 1.31.1311 (12-02-24) on a Galaxy Tab 7Plus with Android 3.2
