Enumerate all serial ports including Modem (and only modems) + serial ports at 
windows.

If you want to enumerate all serials port (modems and serial ports), you can 
use next modificated enumerate file.

If here is any admin, please commit it to repository.

changes:
added GUID for modems+serial ports together
