Provide a DEB build for easy installation #1

It will be nice to have a DEB to easy install on Debian-like systems.

There are instruction on how to create a deb and upload it to Ubuntu's PPA: https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA/BuildingASourcePackage

You can install the package using "pip install barySSH" currently. I don't plan on making deb packages before increasing the throughput performance - mostly by rewriting the code in different language (possibly Rust).

Issue is valid, but has lower priority.
