Add clade membership to interactive plot tooltips #10

When exploring embeddings in the interactive plot, we need a way to know which clade each tip belongs to. Adding this information to the tooltip is an easy way to achieve this goal.

pushed a commit to fix this issue in Sars-CoV-2 and Seasonal-flu-nextstrain. The other workflows already had clade membership as a tooltip.
