Rerun coronavirus simulations with the same number of years as influenza #118

For historical reasons, we originally ran coronavirus-like simulations for 1700 generations and scaled these generations to 30 generations per year to get the same mutation rate observed in natural populations. The result was 56.67 years of simulated coronavirus-like populations. For influenza-like populations, we simulated 12,000 generations with 200 generations per year for 60 total years of evolution. This mismatch between the total number of years for the two different simulated populations is a source of confusion in the manuscript and appears like a typo in the text when it is an artifact of how we originally ran the simulations.

To make the text more consistent and less confusing, we can rerun the coronavirus-like simulations for 1800 generations which will produce 60 years of evolution and match the influenza-like populations.
