Wildcard error with seasonal-flu snakefile #6

I'm not sure why this is happening since I have wildcard constraints: wildcard_constraints: methods="(pca|mds|t-sne|umap)", KDE_METHODS="(pca|mds|t-sne|umap|genetic)", internal_node= "(ancestral|sequences)"
