Use official Pango lineage designation JSON as the source of truth for SARS-CoV-2 recombinant lineages

Re-run late SC2 analysis with subsampling that pulls in all known recombinant lineages with some minimum number of samples.

• [x] Download the official Pango lineage designations as of the date when the SC2 were last processed (YYYY-MM-DD)
• [x] Parse recombinant lineages and their parental lineages from the JSON into a CSV file
• [x] Query the filtered SC2 metadata for each trio of lineages from the CSV file above and count the number of samples available per lineage
• [x] Identify all trios that have at least 10 samples for each lineage
• [x] Re-run late SC2 analysis with all well-represented recombinant lineages
