Add supplemental figures with cluster vs. genetic group heatmap as in Lefrancq et al. 2023 to highlight interpretability of clusters and innovation of the ability of these methods to identify meaningful biological groups without a biological model. Maybe limit these new figures to the comparison of 1) H3N2 MCCs and HA/NA clusters from t-SNE and 2) late SC2 recombinant lineages and t-SNE clusters.
