Cite these as related works of non-phylogenetic methods (Kupperman et al. 2022) and automated lineage assignment tools (Lefrancq et a. 2023).

After more thought, I couldn't find a logical place to mention the automated lineage assignment tools. Even though this project is similar in many ways to Lefrancq et al., it is more focused on the issues of reassortment and recombination and non-phylogenetic approaches to finding clusters.
