Please version an acknowledgements table in the GItHub repo as a top-level TSV titled acknowledgements.tsv that looks like https://github.com/blab/ncov-king-county/blob/main/final_acknowledgments_gisaid.csv. This should have headers:
acknowledgements.tsv
strain gisaid_epi_isl genbank_accession authors originating_lab submitting_lab
and can be pruned down from the original metadata TSV. You can compress this file if necessary to be able to push to GitHub (I think they have a 50Mb limit). This should reference every sequence used in the analysis.
