missing supplementary figures/analysis that demonstrate the performance of all 4 of the models being assessed compared to the retrospective truth data shown in Figure 1

TODO:

Make single figure S1A that has all countries (8) showing sequence counts
Separate out S1B for each model across all countries showing predictions
