Manuscript revisions #48

This represents a full revision pass to the manuscript, including:

  1. Reduce whitespace in figures. Many figures had legends that would jut out. This causes the size of actual figure elements to be shrunk to fit the page. I made revisions directly to the PNGs to better composite figures. These changes should be made upstream as well in the analysis notebooks.
  2. Properly updating manuscript text to reflect inclusion of Trinidad and Tobago and Vietnam (this changed most direct number references in the main text)
  3. Properly updating manuscript text to reflect fix of excluding NaN estimates. This results in Piantham / Australia no longer being an outlier (the Tables, Figures had been updated but the manuscript text had not).
  4. Pushing floats around a bit to make them appear closer to first reference in the text.
