Improve date scrubbing interaction #103

Grabbing and dragging the left-hand bar currently behaves differently than the right-hand circle. Suggest sliding the entire time window with the middle horizontal bar and adjusting the limits with the left and right edges. Move from circle to vertical bar. (cc @codeanticode)

I think I actually prefer the current behavior. @rneher please re-open if you don't agree.
