Plot showing region breakdown of virus samples over time? #36

It might be useful to give an overview of the sample count over time in different regions. I added the histogram to the root node of the dendropy tree, but I am not sure whether, where and how to show on nextflu.

I was thinking about adding a very small (sparkline really) histogram above the date axis (#date-input).

Leaving open. This should probably be accomplished by the proposed timeline panel in nextstrain/auspice.
