Include H1N1, Vic and Yam seasonal viruses #78

A lot of work here. Adds processing scripts for H1N1historical, H1N1pdm, Vic and Yam. Includes vaccine strains. Improves mutation numbering. Adds templating support for different auspice displays for different viruses. Encodes clade designations across all 4 seasonal viruses. Includes make_all.py script to amend FASTA files with fresh GISAID download and recompile JSONs. Include auspice option to restrict viruses to particular regions.
