Mutation tree tool and tip labeling #87

I'm proposing that treesub2 be merged into master despite mutation-tree.py not being 100% finished. It's becoming quite a long branch. I think better now to start adding small feature branches to continue to improve the mutation tree output.

However, merging this assumes that we're completely happy with the tip labeling behavior that exists in nextflu. Take a look at dev.nextflu.org and see if you're happy with this behavior.

Continued work on mutation_tree will attempt not to break H3N2_process, etc...
