The instruction with docker for Windows users is incorrect #728

In the instruction a Windows user need to replace the LABS_KUBE_CONF environment variable. This should be the volume location (position skf-api/volumes). So the windows location will be bound to the .kube/config in the docker container. The environment can take a look on the normal place.
