feature_and_mutation_by_sample #20

Hello, "feature_and_mutation_by_sample.txt" is not being created as mentioned. Instead, and "xlsx" file is created with merged cells for "feature" and "chr" columns which makes it hard to copy/paste it to a "txt" file for downstream processing (i.e oncoprint).
