Dashboard: Remove styled components #260

We're moving away from styled components in favor of using bootstrap's utils and direct styling to components.

A/C:

Remove styled components from:
- pages/Premium
- components/ChannelInput
- components/Header
- components/ServerCard (list mode is already done)
- Remove the styles folder for components and pages
- Refactor the following components to remove styledComponents (keep the same visual behavior using Bootstrap's and style attributes):
- components/Footer
- components/Loader
- components/Paper
refactor global styles and App styles to move away from styledComponents
remove styledComponents from project's dependencies

Let me know if we need to split these into smaller chunks of work.
