Hi, I have a different set of SVGs based on Breeze cursors. Would be nice if you can share the build script for Windows cursors. Thanks.

You can try to imagemagick's convert

I mean, I have a different source file. Will it possible to create a Windows cursor theme using ImageMagick Convert? Thanks for your time.
