Ver 1.5.0 Roadmap

Full review of Breakpoints criteria.
Add Option mode:vw-only: Will be made for the Wiki:Responsive Fluid experience.
Consideration for Device Pixel Ratio, resolution application
Comments and refactoring for contributors.
Reported bug or fixes.
Introduction and advantages of related projects
Miscellaneous features that are easy to implement

Complementing deficiencies in Wiki:Comparison

- Base Size(rem) Scoped Option
- Class

Most browsers support vw and are excluded because they do not benefit from increasing code complexity.
