Research on how to create a google forms for accepting Customer registration and Customer Order.

This form will help the client cater customers order online

G-Forms for Customer Registration should contain the following fields:

• Fullname
• Contact number
• Email address

G-Forms for Customer Order should contain the following fields:

• Order date
• Product
• Quantity

Note: Customer should input multiple products depending on their order.
