Update Entity Relationship Diagram

Add another table, name "Baranggay Table"

• in Baranggay Table should have (id, municipality, name).
• the id should be "PRIMARY KEY".
• the municipality should be "FOREIGN KEY".
• the municipality should be relationally connected to Municipality.id.
• the relation is "one is to many".

Add another table, name "Municipality Table"

• in Municipality Table should have (id, province, name).
• the id should be "PRIMARY KEY".
• the province should be "FOREIGN KEY".
• the province should be relationally connected to Province.id.
• the relation is "one is to many".

Add another table, name "Province Table"

• in Province Table should have (id, region, name).
• the id should be "PRIMARY KEY".
• the region should be "FOREIGN KEY".
• the region should be relationally connected to Region.id.
• the relation is "one is to many".

Add another table, name "Region Table"

• in Region Table should have (id, name, description).
• the id should be "PRIMARY KEY".

"Update Customer Table"

• add column after Customer.name named "entity".
• add column after Customer.entity named "entityname".
• rename column "primarycontact" from Customer Table into "mobilenum".
• add column after Customer.mobilenum named "phonenum".
• add column after Customer.phonenum named "extension".
• rename column "primaryemail" from Customer Table into "email".
• add column after Customer.email named "socialnetid"
• after Customer.socialnetid, add column for (region, province, municipality, baranggay).
• the region, province, municipality, baranggay columns should be "FOREIGN KEY".
• the region should be relationally connected to Region.id.
• the province should be relationally connected to Province.id.
• the municipality should be relationally connected to Municipality.id.
• the baranggay should be relationally connected to Region.id.
• the addition columns will be as "one is to one".
• add column after Customer.baranggay named "housenum".

Minor changes: Should remove the word "table" in the following:

• user
• barangay
• province
• municipality
• region

But understandable due to misinformed requirements. This should be addressed in the next update. Will proceed in closing this, thanks @AkoToSiPat
