Surface pending Prod requests from VSTS #195

We have to approve all of our releases manually, and those prod approvals can stack up if multiple merges happen. It'd be nice to have MFA report to us when there are more than 1 pending prod approvals for any one release

Interesting - I brought up pending prod requests during retro this morning. It would really be ideal if a new prod deployment just rejected or cancelled old deployments -- that's more on the pipeline and not on MFAB though. Would fixing it on that end help your use case too @Blackbaud-JosephZelada ?
