Upgrading the anuglar version to 1.6.8 #1089

Updating the angular version to the latest version to protect against security flaws described in #1087. This was just a minor version update without any breaking changes or anything too major that should affect what is in place. All the tests looked to be working on my machine (outside of one visual test that was slightly off before I even changed things, but it was consistent before and after my changes)
