Add to the browser support doc section that the policy is "If Microsoft supports it, we support it" #1115

The FAQ mentions the browsers SKY UX supports. It'd be nice if it also mentioned that our policy/goal is "If Microsoft supports it, we support it." This will make it clear what we support when Microsoft deprecates things.
