Add Installation section to status indicator docs #947

We are missing the Installation section at https://developer.blackbaud.com/skyux-theme/docs/status-indicator;docs-active-tab=development. To autopopulate that property, I think we just need to add the missing missing moduleName and moduleSourceCodePath attributes to the sky-docs-demo-page element at https://github.com/blackbaud/skyux-theme/blob/master/src/app/docs/status-indicator/status-indicator-docs.component.html.

This was resolved as part of the recent updates for status indicator.
