Pimcontacts sample not working on latest (Q10) simulator I'm running

I see a large text area but no find button: image

When I update the bbUI-0.9.4 to the master version of 0.9.6 the screen is ok: image

I tried to make a fork of the code and push the change required, but github is not working along. Therefor I created the issue.

Also nasty is the Ripple emulator which shows in both cases nothing because PIM is not supported. Issue exists: https://github.com/blackberry/Ripple-UI/issues/659

@oros, are you looking at this one? Looks like we just need the latest bbUI.js to fix it up. Probably the same for most of the samples here, but I didn't want to duplicate it if you're already working on it.
