DojoAppDetails does not include webworks.js file that is referenced from the index.html file #8

The DojoAppDetails community extension references a webworks-1.5.js file in the index.htm but does not provide it's source. To prevent developers from being tripped up with missing blackberry namespace, the file should be included and referenced properly.

Should be updated now to just reference the local://chrome/webworks.js file
