As a WebWorks developer, I have the ability to control the system volume

Acceptance Criteria

• You should be able to:
  • mute the device
  • eg. blackberry.system.volume.mute(true);
  • increase the volume one level
  • eg. blackberry.system.volume.increaseVolume();
  • decrease the volume one level
  • eg. blackberry.system.volume.decreaseVolume();
  • set the volume level
  • eg. blackberry.system.volume.setVolume();
• The developer should be able to set a listener for volume change events
  • eg. blackberry.event.addEventListener("volumechange", onVolumeChange);
• There should be a property that provides the maximum volume level
  • eg. blackberry.system.volume.MAX_VOLUME
• blackberry.system.volume will be used for whitelisting

As requested in the BlackBerry forums, there is demand for a volume control API to allow applications to control the system volume level for the device.
