Gif icons don't appear #115

Description: Install the attached app which specifies a gif file as an icon.

The icon does not appear on the main screen.

This issue is not reproducible anymore. Git icon does appear in Trunk build 127.0.1.736, and I've also seen the icon in recent 10.0.05 OS builds.

next release of OS will have this fix hence closing it.
