To maintain backwards compatibility, we should still support the <icon> element in config.xml #162

If the rim:icon element exists in the config.xml then use it. If not and the element exists then use it. This will ensure existing config elements that use will still build.

Documentation of the config.xml format for the element should indicate clearly that the rim:icon element is preferred for BB10 devices.
