BAR Packager needs to be updated in order to support cards as target types #167

Currently, when specifying a card type for the <rim:invoke-target> element, e.g. <type>card.previewer</type>, packager throws this error: [ERROR] Error: Each rim:invoke-target element must specify a valid type.

According to http://wikis.rim.net/display/dpa/BB10+Cards, version 1.5.4 of the BAR Packager and BAR Library must be used.

Found while testing pull request blackberry-webworks/BB10-WebWorks-Framework#85.
