Warning about old/incompatible webworks.js is not displayed anymore #170

I used SCM build 1.0.1.7 to package an app which used webworks-1.0.1.6.js or webworks-1.0.0.7.js.

No warning was shown on startup about it and the APIs didn't work either. When I replaced it with webworks-1.0.1.7.js (correct version) the APIs did work.

I believe all dialogs have now finally stopped working and we need to move to the HTML dialog asap
